Hello, regarding the Disc brakes it is not issue of ingombero of Rims but of adaptation to the Rim of the 500 through of the flange. The Disc brakes of the ford fiesta go very well and the discs of Fiat are adapted perfectly. Which Rims mounts currently?
The 12″ wheels is perfect for the modification. 🙂

This is the modification for my Giannini. The brake disc Fiat Uno and brake pads from Ford Fiesta.
L’ only problem that with flange of adaptation the wheels is outside from the body car of 2/3 cm.

A lot distances them is not fixed, at the moment dell’ installation you will estimate better if to hold them or to remove them!

Riassumo:
Cristian ha chiesto se sulla sua 500 che monta l’avantreno della 126 con distanziali alle ruote di 2,5 cm. poteva installare un kit di freni a disco composto da disco della Fiat Uno e pinze della Ford Fiesta.
Gli ho risposto che è possibile, l’importante che non fuoriescano le ruote dai parafanghi.
Mi ha risposto che nel caso dovessero uscire potrebbe tranquillamente fare a meno dei distanziali e sotto mio consiglio avrebbe preso una decisione dopo aver installato il tutto.
